酒店内部环境不错 中餐厅味道也好 但是我离店三天了酒店还没有确认我入住 联系酒店 换了几个人接电话 每次都重新问一遍 然后就是让等待 还有预订部一个先生 上来接就说您找艺龙 惹烦了我发了顿脾气 五分钟担保金就退回来了

酒店设施老旧，园景不错很好看
优点：孩子玩的非常多，适合小朋友的酒店，并且家长可以趁孩子玩放松一下
餐饮选择性比较多，并且价格亲民，味道也很好
缺点：海边风浪很大，海是绝对下不去的
房间风特别大不敢开门
儿童室外水上乐园水很冰冷，不是儿童恒温池

2017年12月28日圣诞节，在三亚海棠湾喜来登度假酒店碰到奇事。早餐排队半小时还吃不到早餐。出差在外几十年,从没碰到如此情况，建议商务出差人士千万勿住该酒店,当你的客人为一顿早餐被档在餐厅外排队等候，下次还愿住在该酒店吗？酒店管理奇差，与喜来登管理理念不符，好像是山寨版的。

不错的入住体验
1.12月22日中午12点前台一个高高瘦瘦的小伙子服务意识非常高，业务能力强，印象很深，在点评里一定要提一下
2.有一定岁数的酒店，房卡有部分磨损，但这个设计我是很喜欢的
3.设施不错，泳池很多，有加热游泳池，为这个天气想要游泳的游客提供了方便。
4.没有洗澡不清楚这里全天供水及水温如何。
如果水温可以的话我觉得这家酒店还是很不错的，推荐入住
