住了5个晚上：1、前台唐敏非常热情；2、前两天都很早就打扫好房间并铺夜床；3、后面3天到13点了还没打扫，必须打电话叫，也未再铺夜床；4、早餐前台管理不善，应该限制随意进入，完全排队授权带入。

酒店环境很好，入住亲子阁，可以直接看见大海，站在阳台上心旷神怡，酒店服务速度挺慢，人手不够，办理入住竟然从2点办到4点还未入住，浪费了我一下午的黄金时间！

很满意，环境设施很到位，不过刚入住的时候泳池水很脏，后来跟酒店反应后得到处理。还有就是泳池水比较凉。海棠湾浪比较大，所以不能下海。下次还想在这多住几天

天气有点凉所以私人泳池确实有点没必要定了 下去游泳差点冻死 房间有虫联系前台很快来了人员帮忙杀虫 整个环境比较隐私 挺好的

各方面都很满意，房间很大，双床房的每张床也很大。泳池、园景也不错。
说两点待改进的：一是房间里的杀虫剂味道太浓了；二是中餐厅口味太咸，价格也不便宜。

带着父母双亲来度假，绝对被这个酒店惊艳了。本来看到评论上一致吐槽的霉味犹豫着下了单，但是入住时完全没有这问题，可能12月底不是雨季。房间超大，还有单独的行李间。双床也超大，每张床都有1.5米，因此省了和父母分开多订间房的费用和不便。酒店前台非常耐心，艺龙的旅行社供应商订的是大床房，不能修改，电话前台说明要照顾两位老人家，前台工作人员非常善解人意的调换了。酒店还准备了去沙滩和房间内用的不同拖鞋，酒店有私家沙滩。总之，赞透了。小小的美中不足是房间有的插口充电不灵了，好在插口够多

spg酒店旗下的品牌，和旁边的喜来登共享公共设施，但是价格会便宜一些，而且酒店房间很大，欧式装修，园林设计神秘感十足。带着小朋友去有室内外的游乐设施，特别好，到免税店也很方便
