现在来说海棠湾还是比较偏，很多设施不全齐，吃东西主要是靠喊外卖，如果出去吃要不就需要打车，要不就是在免税店吃，但免税店的东西又贵又不好吃。定的威斯汀酒店，提前一天可以预约到酒店的免费班车，但一定要提前一天预定，不然很可能满位了你就坐不了。去免税店提前一天打电话可以预约95折，预约以后的三天可以使用。
酒店房间蛮大的，但设施还是有点旧了，定的园景房，给了我们7楼，还以为给升房了，结果想多了，是面对马路的，看出去就是免税店。床很舒服，蛮大的，随时都有人为你服务，算是有求必应，服务还是不错的。最大的优点就是离免税店近，隔壁就是了，购物非常方便。

酒店设施齐全还不错，吃的海鲜就是没有川味麻辣！服务态度很不错 也很感谢孙婷婷女士的耐心讲解 我提前好几天就定了房间 给她说了自己的需求 很耐心讲解 很负责任 服务跟踪都不错 再次感谢你的耐心讲解 谢谢

出门右手边就是免税城，我觉得化妆品便宜些，买了很多，至于其他并不感冒。三楼的美食城那就是宰客！除了肯德基能接受，其他都翻倍的价钱卖！但是这地方要么去免税城吃，要么饿着，要么在酒店吃，有点贵。酒店距离蜈支洲岛要坐一个小时的公交，然后坐船去，顺路我建议大家不要去蜈支洲岛了！水脏也没什么玩的！
