绝对的差评，网站跟酒店相互推诿责任，五点到的酒店，总共定了两间房，八点才住上，而且房间跟预定房间不一样，最后因为老人要休息，给我们加了一个小床才睡下，以后千万不能在艺龙订酒店，酒店和艺龙相互推诿责任，订的五星级酒店惹了一肚子气，最差的一次旅途经济！

酒店整体还行，现在住的人很多，办入住的时候有些慢。环境很棒，有自己特色，威尼斯河还有一片大草坪，这些都是值得称赞的。早餐还算丰盛，基本达到五星级酒店的水平。说几点不足的地方，首先办完入住没有礼宾人员带着去房间，而是自己去找房间，酒店楼那么多，得自己去问去找，这个不应该是五星级酒店的服务，其次就是电梯里没有空调，虽然楼不高，但是一坐电梯就觉得闷热，这点可以改善，别的三星级四星级酒店电梯都有空调，五星级电梯没空调说不过去。
