五星级酒店中算差的了，11年的时候住在隔壁的天域山景房不仅房间大，服务也很好，今年因为定晚了就定了红树林海景房，结果，五星级的酒店，大堂就像旅游景点的客服中心，寒酸的很，跟服务员说了我们带了两个孩子，楼层尽量高一些，给了房间号说房间还没收拾好，又等了大概半个小时，去房间一看，什么海景房，三楼的，阳台上只能看见大堂的一个大屋顶，什么都看不见，后面还在施工，房间小的很，去前台找了服务员，才答应升级换个房间，房间号越大越好，如果给你得是01这样的，就呵呵了，1号楼风景比2号楼要好很多，房间号是四位数的，第一个数字表示楼栋号，第二个数字表示楼层，后面两个是房间号，给后面的同学参考下，还有一点，最奇葩的就是卫生间洗澡要跨到浴缸里面去，带老人的一定慎重！！！不会再来！

可能去的时候算高峰时间，前台办理入住的效率实在太低。酒店房间设施有点老旧，光房间和洗手间的灯光安排就不够细致合理，但标间的床比其他酒店大，而且床和枕头都很舒服，软硬适中。酒店风景和海滩确实不错，很有热带风情，娃和家人在泳池里玩耍，我玩一会躺在边上的躺椅，真是舒服极了。第二天去自带沙滩上玩水，浪很大，沙子挺细，水很蓝，玩是玩爽了但防晒措施没做到位有点晒伤了。带娃住了两晚离开时还有点依依不舍。
