其他都好，只是客房服务有点匪夷所思，亲子套房每天只放一袋洗发香波，每天打电话到前台讨要，搞的自己像个乞丐。

酒店欧式装修，订的套房很宽敞。走廊后面荒山影响心情，如果有竹帘遮挡会好一些。前台没有微笑服务，服务意识有待加强～

绝对是我住过最差的酒店！不知道在艺龙的评分是怎么刷上来的！房间对面就是个工地，工程车干的热火朝天，各种工程噪音此起彼伏！好吧，去游泳。结果酒店所谓的专车直送海滩就是拿商务车把客人扔到海底世界门口，客人自己进去在快艇肆虐的码头附近找位置！好不容易自己打车回到酒店，去酒店自有的泳池一看，里面除了积灰就是虫子，比我们小区公共免费的还脏百倍！浴巾脏兮兮破破烂烂，真不知道是多节约成本才能把这种东西给人用。跟上面这些相比，房间柜子和地面有点脏根本不值一提。这真的是太烂了，都不如一个三线城市的小型快捷酒店，除了房间面积大一无是处！感觉被艺龙坑了！再也不相信艺龙评分了！
