酒店位于山上，环境不错，很安静，房间设施完善，我特别喜欢酒店的漱口杯，好漂亮。而且每个房间都有功夫茶具，免费矿泉水也是一瓶大瓶两瓶水瓶的，比其他酒店更人性化。从酒店到南北湖景区山路走下去也就十分钟，连门票都可以省了。早餐很有仪式感，品种丰富，有粥有面条，有果汁水果，营业搭配不错，能吃饱不浪费，本人觉得这样的早餐比以前的自助早餐更合理。犹豫疫情期间，酒店餐厅没有开放，我们就在的对面的奕仙城里的小饭馆吃的，徽派建筑，很干净，口味也不错，关键价格也不贵。原先我们只订了一天的房间，结果又续订了，以后还会再去的。

房间蛮干净的，但楼上的房间斜顶有些矮，一不小心就撞了头，酒店离南北湖景区稍有些距离，南北湖晚上感觉较偏，出去吃完饭不太方便，建议酒店可以设置班车，接送往返景点。酒店乒乓球、桌球等娱乐设施可以免费使用，不错；早餐比较人性化（不会像有些酒店专门派人在餐厅门口盯着，像防贼似的），可以随便客人进出，但早餐品种可以建议再多一些。服务员服务态度很好，有问必答，临走还送了小小的纪念品。

酒店设施设备真的不错，就是位置关系看不见南北湖是硬伤。另外周末酒店客人似乎不到十个真是令人费解。早餐晚餐只有套餐，套餐还有菜没有，幸好周边饭店可以。
