临时在携程上预订这家网评不错的山庄，第二天酒店就通过携程联系我们，告知酒店在景区内，8-17点需要买门票及办理车辆通行证，酒店可以协助优惠办理。酒店房间很宽敞且层高很高，阳台放置一个大大的卧榻，适合品茶观景。距离南北湖景区，走走大约20-25分钟。酒店工作人员包括经理，都很亲切，打招呼聊天像朋友一样。唯一不足，酒店内娱乐设施不够，如能增加些项目，既方便住客，又可创收。

携程代理希望跟客人说明抵达路线，按照导航走错了入口打了电话才告知要走北大门，另外酒店没有晚餐供应也说要提前预定，第一次碰到挂着豪华酒店星级的酒店居然不准备晚餐，哪也应事前告知一下吧，让台风冒着台风晚上出去觅食，这服务也太差劲了。

酒店还好，就是周围没有什么人，显得有些冷清，工作人员告诉我，周末一般人会很多。就是平时人比较少，这次有点遗憾就是没有吃上酒店的菜。

环境也很优美……房间也很大……唯一不足的被子有些潮湿感，房间的价位与五星级酒店差不多。早餐情况比五星级酒店相差甚远……
