酒店很新，装修不错，而且就在山腰山，周围环境特别好，空气很新鲜。酒店经理服务态度超级好，很热情。周围停车位也挺多的。离南北湖走路只要十几分钟，开车就更快了。离酒店一百米处有一条古色古香的街道，两边是饭店农家乐，吃饭也方便。

酒店提供的服务态度非常满意，酒店在景区内要开车进来，也要提前一天报备车牌，对于我们外省的人确实有点麻烦，其它的环境，卫生，早餐都很满意，特别称赞酒店很有人情味，因为我们第二天早上要去南北湖游玩，怕时间来不及退房，就大胆要求可否迟点，就说了一句服务前台就帮我们延迟到两点，真心的感谢你们的招待！

每年春节都会约上三五好友一起出游这次住的海盐梅苑海月山庄很好。当天到的时间已经是中午过了饭点，要感谢一下当班经理，知道我们带着一群小朋友都没吃饭，马上再让厨师准备了一桌，大家吃的都很满意。酒店就在景区里也很方便游玩。
