第一天人少酒店就没有自助，第二天才有，这个依然觉得不合情理。周边南北湖晚上太冷清，只适合宅酒店，娱乐活动较少。房间不错，当然价格也不菲。

酒店位置很好，很安静，背山，沿着小路走到北湖，一路上风景很赞，停车位也足够。先来说说酒店的配套设施，房间卫浴都是TOTO的，空调很足，卫生状况也不错，晚饭吃的是套餐，味道很好，特别是油爆虾。不足之处在于服务还差口气，刚到酒店，前台没人，大厅里没开灯，感觉不好，房间里打服务电话没有接的，晚饭只有套餐不能加菜。给要去的朋友提个醒，先到北大门拿车辆通行证，然后拿景区门票，有几个人就可以拿几个人，门票费和酒店结算的，景区门票80一个人，酒店算的话，40一个人，最后再去酒店，这样就不会多走路了。

很赞的酒店，经理人很好也很热心，在酒店订餐，吃了三顿，菜品丰富，味道很棒，山景房视野很好，空气清新，早上起来云雾缭绕，美如画。还会再来。

整个南北湖景区，环境不错，但颇有荒凉之感，周末游客也不多。路过的各家酒店也稍有衰败之感，进到这家新的，才觉得温暖了一点。房间内设也是比较满意的。还有套茶具，晒着太阳泡着普洱特别舒服。
但服务跟不上，问酒店借水果刀都是口头答应但不送来。晚上洗澡水很冷，说是因为客人多就会把热水用完。
