酒店地理位置绝佳，出门就是地铁14号线，10号口出来左拐2分钟就可以到酒店。去哪都很便利！
阿姨房间衞生打扫的很乾净，入住体验很好。
酒店员工都很热情，从前台到行李小哥，再到走廊碰到的阿姨都会很热情的打招呼，服务很好，很贴心。
设施很齐全，健身房泳池和洗衣房都有
3楼的滙客厅，有免费的茶水咖啡给客人饮用，步入露台可以完整的看到三件套，尽收眼底，位置无敌了！
订了一卧套房，2人住很OK，坐在飘窗上，左边可以看到东方明珠，右边可以看到金茂和环球中心，视野佳！
跨年夜前一天想升级豪华一卧套房，查了平台已经售罄，侥幸想再去问问前台，前台小哥説估计不会有了，让第二天一早电话问问销售部！算了吧，跨年夜房源紧张可以理解，下次再住吧！

It was great size for family to stay. Service is alright :) but some of the items in the room were wore down. The door lock and the hair dryer . But overall is great

前台服务非常亲切，有一种回到家的感觉，整个入住到房间，前台服务员把所以设施都介绍了一遍，真的超级详细，很认真的对待每一位住客，有一种让人很舒服的感觉，下次还会来这里入住，也会推荐朋友。

房间品质没得説，定了一卧套房面积95平，感觉没有那么大，或许是建筑面积吧，但是设计很合理，公寓配套完美完美，洗碗机，洗衣机，微波炉，电磁炉，锅碗瓢盆，一应俱全，洗衣机带烘乾功能很方便，三楼有休息区可以喝咖啡，还有室外的露台景色非常好，直接可以看到东方明珠和周围的高楼大厦服务员的态度都特别好，也很专业入住体验很棒，忘记带泳衣了，据説这里的泳池和健身房很棒，楼下就是国金中心，还有超市生活很方便，唯独就是没有停车场。自驾停车￥128封顶每天。

Had a wonderful experience at IFC Residence. The location is super convenient, the room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful too, which made the stay even better.
The only issue was that the hot shower wasn’t working, and the hair dryer plug in the bathroom wasn’t functioning. Other than that, everything else was excellent.
Would definitely stay here again!

家庭房颇大，整洁，不错。
房内消耗用品不足，2房4人家庭只有一个风筒共用，实在是不合理，纸巾也不足，只有2盒，需要向前台再领取。
前台服务员Cindy 态度差劣，向她查询搭车事宜，她不想搭理人，没有礼貌。
另外，我们有安排快递送往酒店，快递显示酒店收发室已签收，但电话内的服务员一直说没收到，没有主动说要帮忙解决问题，就只是说没收到，弄得我们要特地下去再问其他人才能找到邮件。
酒店设施很好，泳池，健身室设施足够，这间酒店五星级，价格不平，但服务员态度没有达到水准，实在是失望，需要加以培训改善。
