This is my second stay at this hotel, and I love it. It’s quiet, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. A complimentary shuttle service to the convention centre is another great perk. The only drawback was that some gym equipment was broken and in need of repair or replacement.

前台单先生协助我联系浦东机场，找回遗失在机场的物品，真的很感谢！
我去年展会就住这里，今年依然选择这边，除了有免费班车很方便之外，附近还有一个大商场，走路不到十分钟，生活机能便利。服务人员跟打扫人员都非常亲切，明年还会选择这里，还有自助洗衣区，对出差人士非常友好！高楼层的视野很好??

酒店不在陆家嘴， 名字有点误导。酒店多数的房客是附近会议中心的参与人员。所以餐厅不够应付。早餐的选择不多，有点失望。当我要去机场时，要求推车， 男职员就把推车放在房门外，就走开了，也不会主动问需要帮忙吗， 最后我自己推载满6给大旅行箱的推车下柜枱，也没人帮忙，也得自己推到门外等滴滴车。服务不到位，来时有服务员帮忙，回时就不理我了。

非常推荐的酒店，离龙阳路地铁站1公里，走路可达（行李不多的情况下）。之前看评价就説服务很好的一间酒店。我看到的是员工很有爱心，尤其是对待小孩子。这个bus真的很有帮助，准时，人也不多。对于我来説很有用，都是用这个bus去看展。暑期也有很多带孩子旅游的客人，周边有几个大景点，但是离迪士尼应该是还有距离。这间酒店有机会一定会是上海落地首选。

这酒店优缺点都有吧先説缺点：1.马桶太小了，加装的马桶盖不能冲水，不方便。2.洗脸池没有垃圾桶对女士不友好。3.床头插座太少，就算是写字枱那里也是少的可怜，USB接口还是坏的，毕竟现在出门带的电子产品多。优点：1.酒店噪音小。2.免费提供场馆的接送大巴很方便，见下图。3.可以延迟退房到下午2点。4.停车非常方便，对于大车太友好了，见下图。5.晚上突然空调故障了也及时来修理，工作人员态度很好
