在成都住过几次华尔道夫，上海的也没让我失望，为主黄浦江外滩边上，出酒店过条马路就能到外滩，这次住的是江景房，晚上拉开窗帘就能一览上海滩的夜景，很赞的，离南京路步行街也很近，购物餐饮都很方便！

酒店位置好，江景也很棒。疫情期间早餐只能限点，有点失望。不满意的是酒店大门口和停车场门口的工作服务人员素质有待提高，态度表情冷漠。别说微笑服务了，最基本的礼貌招呼都没有，客人进出也就傻傻的看着。说白了，配不上华尔道夫。老楼门口的工作人员可以，很有礼貌。是不是因为正对外滩，面子工程？

坐拥外滩地址位置极佳，江景一览无余，房间也是我喜欢的格调，大床2米×2米，全自动马桶，酒店工作人员服务非常棒，也很贴心，我们到前台时人较多，怕我们等久了，特地把我们带去三楼商务中心办理Check In，总之很愉快的体验，下次去上海会再次选择华尔道夫！
