这个酒店前台服务一般，服务最差的是客房服务，有个接电话的女的，态度极差，没有教养，这种素质真不适合做酒店服务，只会重复一句话，我们酒店统一没有，意思让我不要再问她问题，不会讲别的，跟机器人没有分别，我花了2000多元住个酒店还用你来教训我嘛？建议各位慎重不要选择他家
