酒店硬件还不错，房间窗不能打开，味道很大无法入住只能重新升级房型，酒店服务态度生硬，冷冰冰的，不够亲切。

一次很失望的旅行，当天下午4点30分才拿到房间，第二天12点要求退房，中餐厅包房要求有最低消费，怎么解释也不接受。

滴水湖实在太一般了，除了这个酒店基本无处可逛，赶在国庆也是遭罪，房价高的离谱，订了豪华房上午十一点前办好入住，房间到下午三点才拿到一间，四点拿另外一间，早饭八点半以后就要排队了。整个酒店，设计感强，环境很好，但是，房间是真心小，完全对不起这个价格。
