杭州苏州上海一行住的最贵的房间，不知道该怎么评价了。酒店周边环境还不错，在滴水湖岛上，门童不错。在同程网上订的高级大床/双床房，到酒店前台先生告诉我同程网上只有大床房，大床的宽度只有1.5米的，问能不能加一床被子，接待的男生（年纪不小了）说不能加被子，后来我因为生气了他才打电话问能不能加，客房那边同意加，可见此人不熟悉业务而且态度还不好。网上预订说有饮料送，第二天打电话问说不知道。房间不大，能看见湖面，特别不满意的是洗脸池，不及脸大小，洗脸时水往外流，垫了地垫还是盖不住，我家孩子一早起床就在洗脸池旁摔了一跤，腿都淤青了一大块，现在还疼，本想找酒店理论一下的，但先生劝我算了。别的不说了，以后也不会再住这里了。

酒店的设施、环境、服务各方面都不错，总体感觉很好，对得起不算便宜的房价。客房外的大露台不错，直面滴水湖。酒店周边空气非常好，人少清静，有鸟语，有花香，给人神清气爽的感觉。因酒店在岛上，周边超市、快餐不是太方便，建议提前做好准备。傍晚湖边散步时，头项飞过的飞机比你遇到的人要多得多。

环境没的说，滴水湖中央的酒店，漂亮是很漂亮，就是用餐酒店里面很贵，外面也不是很方便 。

大堂有机器人带路深受小朋友欢迎。环境很好，风景不错。服务也比较热情到位。就是游泳更衣室的毛巾不足，工作人员更新不够及时，可能因为住客太多的关系。去的时候房间没来得及打扫好给免费升级了阳台房。还会再去。
