1. 房间地毯有霉味、脚臭味；
2. 早餐、啤酒节晚餐等位置标示不用心，让人无所适从，得开口问；
3. 中午12:40退房，费时25分钟；有人插队也不制止；
4. 要夸奖礼宾部的服务员，不厌其烦服务、态度和善！
