Booked a collection executive room and was very happy with my room on the 29th floor with the most perfect view on Shanghai's skyline. Hotel is perfectly located on the Nanjing East road in the very center of Shanghai. Hotel itself and rooms are a bit worn out - need renovation in the nearest future but room was immaculately clean and provided with fresh bottled water every day.
Breakfast was very good - both chinese and western. cuisine provided, lot of fruit, pastry and very good coffee.
Special thanks to the executive lounge manager Annie who is the most friendly and helpful lady with perfect knowledge of english language. During the happy hours and afternoon tea time Ms. Annie explained clearly all the choices of food served and the beverages.

Великолепный отель! Стоит на 100% своих денег.
Локация:
Идеальное расположение отеля - на самой популярной пешеходной улице Nanjing, при этом шума с улице в номере не слышно (у нас был номер на 10 этаже). Вид из окна шикарнейший. В пешей доступности все, что угодно: супермаркеты, кафе, магазины одежды и пр. Вблизи пара станций метро - 6 мин пешком до 1 и 10 мин до 2х других линий. 20 мин до смотровой the bund.
Номер:
Номер очень просторный, все необходимое есть. Не могу сказать, но номер новый, обновление бы не помешало. Но это единственное маленькое замечание.
Завтрак:
Завтрак очень разнообразный, большая часть, конечно, китайская кухня, но и других опций много (блюда из яиц, сосиски, много видов хлеба и выпечки).
Минус - в 8 утра катастрофически не хватает мест (нужно стоять и ждать освободившийся стол минут 5-7 у кого-то над душой), но в 7 или в 9 утра вполне можно найти свободный стол.
Чистота:
Уборка хорошая, 0 претензий, полотенца меняли каждый день.

That is an excellent hotel with great service and english speaking staff. We liked absolutely everything about it. From great and various breakfast, through concierge local tips, spacious rooms to marvelous 30th floor lounge , where you can get some snacks and drinks while watching the city from above. None to add, that you get out exactly on Nanjing road.
