过年期间带父母入住上海丽笙海伦宾馆，从办理入住那一刻就深深被前台工作人员的耐心体贴入微的服务感动！
酒店位置非常棒👍🏻，房间可以看到黄浦江景非常值得入住。更值得一提的是工作人员的职业素养，让我们宾至如归！入住的每一天都非常愉快！

过年全家入住酒店，感受到服务非常热情，给我们升级了房间，特别是前台马克还带我去看了房间。环境舒适安静，但是酒店的早餐实在不敢恭维，品种少，去晚了东西都没有了。

第一晚订的是套房，2和3是普通房，前台很好的给免费升级了，不用再搬，三晚都住了套房，点赞。大年夜的自助餐人数太多了，体验感一般哈，但也能理解，酒店今年似乎搞了活动，电梯都很忙。

出行黄埔一直首选海仑，真的是住习惯了，之前索菲特一直给豪华升级。换了丽笙管理以后，虽然升级之路曲折也没有之前那么好的房型。但是总体还是不错的。也是给了升级。还是五星好评吧。前态小姑娘还会提醒我可以点评了。工作真是认真啊。

出差黄浦区首选海仑宾馆，之前是索菲特管理，就一直享有房间升级。现在是丽笙管理了，也给了升级，但是比之前要费事一点。也是理解。毕竟不同的公司。管理模式也不同吧。总体还是好评！
