酒店位置在南京路上，位置优越，购物游玩都很方便，房间面积不大，干净整齐，我住的房间不能加床，有地下车库，走路到外滩

地理位置就在南京路上，出门很方便。出门就有地铁去那都方便，南京路上吃的喝的非常多边逛边吃非常棒，酒店环境卫生也很好，住的房间正好有一窗对着马路窗外的风景也不错

我住了两晚，在南京东路街上，离地铁1口不太远，酒店整体外国人住的比较多，房间偏小，服务态度不错，但是服务响应速度真的太慢了，只是房卡容易消磁，还闹了一场极其不愉快的经历，后来以相对能接受的方式解决了。不是很推荐住这家酒店，旁边的吃住都相对较高，酒店里的因为春节关闭了很多功能区，感觉有点人手不够的感觉。希望酒店多注意，解决问题道歉请到客人房间当面谈，打电话显得特别不礼貌和敷衍。

已是第4次住了，这次的感觉超级差。预定时专了强调要双床，结果是2个1.1米的小床还并成了单床，房间小也比上这的小。只是位置好，下楼就是南京路。

地理位置好，到其他地方也很方便。我們早上到了就可以進房間，但到晚上就有一肌很臭的溝渠味道，打去總台兩次找人處理，最後給我們換了房間。也免費升級了房間。酒店大堂的人員都好有禮貌，英語特好，總得來說還是不錯的。
