My recent stay at the Sheraton Pudong River Shanghai was nothing short of outstanding. Though positioned as a business hotel, it pleasantly surprised us with its thoughtful family-friendly touches—most notably, the provision of a child-sized stool in the room, which made daily routines like handwashing and brushing teeth so much easier for our little one. It’s these small but meaningful details that truly set the hotel apart.
The location is ideal—nestled in the vibrant Pudong district yet offering serene views of the river, with convenient access to both corporate hubs and major attractions. The ambiance blends contemporary style with understated elegance, creating a calm and professional environment that’s equally welcoming for families.
The Executive Lounge was a highlight—spacious, quiet, and well-appointed, offering a relaxing retreat with premium refreshments, a generous food, and evening drinks. It’s the perfect space to unwind after meetings or enjoy a peaceful moment.
What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exceptional service. The staff kindly upgraded our reservation and made every effort to secure connecting rooms for our family—making our stay seamless and stress-free. A special thank you to the concierge team, who provided warm, efficient assistance with our luggage and anticipated our needs before we even asked.

酒店虽然离市中心有点距离，但是胜在黄浦江边杨浦大桥的景观绝美，如此夜景确实值得住一晚，性价比也非常高，前台小姐姐也非常热情呀，入住和退房都是同一位戴眼镜的小姐姐，微笑问好微笑送别，赞赞

酒店位置离浦东机场不远，大概半小时车程。因为我们是在上海一早转机，所以选了这个酒店。下车也有人帮人搬行李。前台很贴心还帮我们升级了江景房。房间很大，景观很赞。就是浴缸和浴室的地板很滑，泡浴和冲凉的时候需要很小心很小心。

从进入大堂开始就给人观感发非常良好，小哥会主动过来问询是否需要拉行李，办完入住也能主动把行李送到房间，前台小姑娘热情周到，让人感觉十分真诚用心的在为客人服务，客房打扫阿姨也会微笑问好，是一家情绪价值满满的酒店

喜来登是万豪旗下的高端酒店，服务非常给力，前台小姐姐帮忙办了几晚的连住，省时省力，房间景观一级棒，加上这样高效的服务，对酒店还是很满意的，下次来上海，还会优先考虑入住的 环境优美 服务态度也超级好 是我出来旅游住到过最满意的酒店 感谢酒店的服务人员们 楼上的风景也是超级棒哦

远超预期的宝藏酒店，性价比之王!原本因为预算有限，对这家酒店没抱太高期望，结果却收获了满满的惊喜!价格非常亲民，但体验丝毫不打折。
。物超所值：房间面积在这个价位里算是非常宽敞了，布局合理，没有任何局促感。
。洁净如新：虽然装修不是最新潮的，但维护得极好，最关键的是"乾净"!床单洁白，地毯无渍，衞生间没有任何水垢或霉点，这点让人极度安心。
。服务温暖：员工态度朴实热情，有求必应。看到我们带着行李箱，主动指引了更方便的电梯位置。

前台员工在识别我是首次入住后，不仅详细介绍了酒店设施，还主动根据我的行程推荐了本地特色餐厅，并帮助预订，这份主动关怀远超预期。客房服务员在每日清洁时，留意到我将咖啡杯放在书桌一侧，次日便额外多放置了一瓶矿泉水在旁边，如此细微的观察力与执行力，令人感动。
此外，当我向前厅经理谘询一个复杂的交通路线问题时，他不仅提供了书面打印的路线图，更手绘了简图进行标注，其专业与热忱解决了我的实际难题。

感恩遇到杨经理，提供了满满的情绪价值，热情好客，周到服务，谁説上海排外的，可以去找Benny，让你感受宾至如归，早餐咖啡不错，可以打包外带，省了星巴克，应该説比星巴克都好喝，非常好的入住体验，如果能提供免费洗衣就更完美了，??????
