停车要付费，每小时16元；工作人员无任何服务意识，超级冰冷，我抱着睡着了的孩子坐在大堂半小时无任何人员来询问；前提是酒店入住办了半个小时，无比气愤！！！走的时候拿了很多行李，工作人员看到就跟别看到一样，没人帮忙！！前台服务超级拽，爱答不理的！且业务生疏，问中餐厅几点开，都要去问问同事！真的很无语，非常差的体验！！！

端午价格比平时还便宜？也算是很赚了，哈哈～上海停留一天半，算上赶火车的时间其实也就一天，所以酒店位置就比较重要，选了靠近南京西路的瑞吉，但其实并不在南京西路主路上，所以环境相清净不会很乱。大堂香水味太浓受不了。希望能改进。床够宽，睡俩人也没问题，很适合一家三口出游。早餐有现做的上海特色小吃，对游客来说也是很贴心了

酒店很新，装修是简单不失大气，很喜欢装修，硬件很不错。刚开始觉得酒店服务也不错，前台什么的都不错，入住第二天是我儿子生日我跟前台说了管家还送了一块小蛋糕和一个猪的玩偶。这里还是满贴心的。可是后来就有很郁闷的地方了。首先酒店居然停车是收费的，停了2天收费262，贵到姥姥家里了吧，每天入住1700还要停车费那么贵，你干脆点住宿费在高点停车免费还心里舒服点。然后就是我们有东西遗落在酒店，一整天酒店业没联系我们，还是我们第二天想起来才电话回酒店酒店才安排帮我们寄回来。
