酒店装修还不错，服务极差，泳池不开放，询问前台礼宾部爱搭不理。外卖不让送到房间可以理解，打电话告知前台独自带宝宝不方便去大厅，能否叫服务人员给送至楼层电梯厅，告知：无此项服务，万般请求可酒店人员始终不给送！

不是一个顺畅的入住体验，第一：十二点钟到达酒店前台办入住没有查到订单（判断是第三方的问题）.第二酒店预订部表达冷峻，没有一句婉转的表达（很失望）沟通两分钟只有一个讯息“按照酒店规定只有两点钟之后入住”（没技巧，没热情）.第三酒店中餐点的意面掰开中间一圈都能看到干面粉.赤裸裸的夹生状态，吓得我赶紧和厨房确认这是否是新派的做法！最终厨房道歉并重做了（我怀疑是重新加热了）
