酒店位置紧靠外滩，酒店服务很是一般，前台只有两个办理入住退房人员态度也不是很热情，很容易排队等候，订的是悦心池浪漫全江景房在携程上订连续两天但分两次下单为了能多得一次香槟礼遇，实际只给了一天的第二天就没有很是让人失望，房间在12楼看江景要俯身看不是很舒服，泡池也没有图片看那样大的感觉，夏天泡池开着在开空调根本感觉不到凉快整个房间温度比较热，房间洗漱用品更差了直接拿悦榕庄的盒子装都不知道什么牌子，洗手盆的龙头还坏了也不及时维修，冲澡出水量很小水压不足的感觉，不住不知道住了绝对不会在去住，根本连性价比可谈性都没有，劝大家很想去入住的先去酒店看看在决定，不要先定要不后悔来不急了。

服务有点差，泳池应该配备救生员，但是没有人。
卫生间的浴衣都破了还挂在哪里给客人用。
早餐带完位不问客人喝什么，最后追着她们要茶，等了10分钟不上，又是一遍催。写字椅都污迹斑斑还给客人用。对于这么高端的酒店真的是无语。
