可能是入住前的期望值太高，所以刚抵达酒店房间时有些失望。虽然经协调从3楼换到5楼，但4000多一晚的酒店不包早餐的房间还是让我有些失望。尤其是小套房并不是套房而只是一个大房间而已。办理入住手续和退房手续的前台以及早餐厅的服务人员态度不错。中餐厅和送餐服务的人就像是我欠他们的钱一样。

太令人失望 我就是冲着悦榕庄这三个字去的但是体验到了各种不好 在上海的所有五星酒店里都只能算中档 已经很给面子了 细节之处做的很糟糕 浴巾地巾之类的也是用的便宜货 卫生也不好 我从没住过一家五星酒店（包括高档四星）洗浴的热水是要等一会儿才有的

的确是为了可以看到黄浦江边的江景房选择了悦榕庄、酒店环境没得说、本来以为只有夜景很美、早上也臭美拍了几张爱到不行、只要心中有海处处是马尔代夫🇲🇻
