很久没有认真写点评了，但是觉得这个必须要好好点评下。首先，酒店的硬件设施，基本属于五星以上的水平，泳池在B1，水很干净，人不多，而且还有贴心的小零食，很不错的，但是与W相比，空间感不足。其次是房间，预订了外滩景观房，5K5的价格不算很低，酒店前台很不错，升级了豪华外滩景观房，房间号4618，房间整体感觉都还不错，有着这种低奢的感觉。酒店提供擦鞋服务，是berluti的工艺，让住客觉得小惊喜。不足的地方也是本次入住的硬伤，窗帘问题，严重影响了睡眠，早上会透光，这个很难让人觉得最本质的地方出现了问题，另外就是浴缸，很滑，这个安全系数有待提升……但是最后经理还是致歉并承诺下次会升级房型，还是会再次体验吧

奢侈品牌一日游，免费Minibar很有诚意，各种进口啤酒果汁畅饮，欢迎蛋糕很有创意，就是不知道猪耳朵什么时候掉的，夜床礼物很有新意，送小样还有行李牌，明天酒店的活动很有意义，迎春舞狮表演增添年味！PS泳池包场已经习以为常哈哈
