  这次上海之行这家酒店！从踏入大堂的那一刻就被治癒了——礼宾部的????????小哥看到我拖着两大箱行李，立刻主动上前帮忙，动作麻利又稳重，一路贴心引导到前台，还详细介绍了酒店设施和周边路线，热情得像久违的朋友。办理入住后发现房间更是惊喜，乾净整洁到无可挑剔，床品洁白无污渍，，衞生间乾湿分离设计合理，无水渍无异味，住着特别安心。 酒店的地理位置绝了！步行几分钟就到南京东路，逛街购物、品嚐美食超级方便，适。最有意思的是机器人送餐服务，下单后没多久就接到可爱的语音通知，机器人导航精准，取餐流程简单又衞生，既新奇又实用，科技感拉满。 全程入住体验都超棒，工作人员无论在走廊遇到还是谘询问题，都能得到热情回应，服务周到又不打扰。房间乾净、位置优越、服务贴心、设施新颖

  The hotel is located near Nanjing pedestrian road, only5-10 mins walk from Mosaic department store. The family room is really big and suitable for big Family of 4-6 people?? There are lots of plugs in the room. The room is well equipped with all necessary things. The only one point I want to improve is to change some breakfast menu. (I stayed here 3 days , same menu everyday??) The flushing water in the toilet is not that strong, but it is nice automated toilet! The staffs are very polite and friendly. My family love this hotel so much??

  不咋的。装修太差了。 后来换了个398的,但是空调就响声巨大,然后又换了一间 但是跟200多的没区别!!要不是附近没有,绝不住的.
