我属于典型的好脾气，也能理解服务业的艰辛。你们门厅小哥和外面的保安都很好，四楼中餐厅也去用餐了，也很棒。服务都很好。整体都满意。但是你们找了这样一个前台真的很看不懂，整晚都在为一个客人服务吗，我忍不住问一句，两个人齐刷刷给我翻白眼，你们酒店可以翻下监控，这个前台是如何引导如何疏导这种占着毛坑不拉屎的客户的，没经过培训吗？

房间真的很大，特别是卫生间，总体干净整洁上档次，性价比高。地下停车场确实挺绕。大堂正在装修，略嘈杂，但影响不大。周边有便利店、商场，还挺方便。
