酒店不错！但是服务实在是不敢恭维！前台接待一个胖胖的男生，貌似像个小领导！全程无笑脸！一句礼貌用语没听见！并且是在我的催促下才办理的入住！让我感觉我是不是不应该去住店！早餐的服务员还不错，最起码礼貌用语和微笑服务做到了！早上退房前台都知道我开车去的，没有主动告诉我要停车券，还是我开到停车场出口后才知道住店客人要停车券才能出场！又返回去前台拿了停车券再出门！总之，硬件设施一流、服务还不如快捷酒店！建议酒店的高层要重视了！我经常去上海宝山出差，以后我肯定不会再住这个酒店了！服务太垃圾！

酒店卫生间的热水管问题一直存在，住过不同的几个房间，常常会发生热水管的啸叫声。其次，酒店的地下停车场没有完全弄好，地上有许多的水渍，且照明情况不佳。往酒店大堂的电梯方向指示不太明确。最后就是居然看到有个披着浴袍的女子在大门前拿外卖，真的也是醉了。
