酒店位置相对便利，门口打车时由于要到环贸，比较近，都没有的士愿意载，门口的服务生也不会帮忙愿意去说让客户在门口等很久才打到车，不像是五星级的服务体验

可能是前台的第一印象非常不好，所以整体感觉就是没有达到希尔顿品牌的预期服务。房间不大，自助早餐午餐都极其一般，但是酒店有非常多的外国人，估计是外国人喜欢？

打车到陆家嘴要20多分钟，稍稍有些远，安排住的东楼套间，走过去很多路，因为楼层偏低，对面又都是商住楼，不方便拉窗帘这点不大好
