第一天公司订的团队房，想两个房间在一个楼层，前台告知锁房。不能调换，都是做酒店的，你懒就懒呗，找什么理由，办完入职不告诉早餐厅位置时间。戴耳环，退房想让前台开发票，我们直接去吃早餐回来拿就行了，前台告知退房高峰要等在前台。我想问下你们是五星级酒店吗？？？为什么人们越来越爱住美豪亚朵了，我想原因大致如此吧。好了，都不提硬件，就单说说服务，管理人员是怎么做到的？？
