酒店景观不错，位置优越便利，顶楼泳池时尚漂亮，透过落地玻璃窗看到东方明珠和都市风景。不足之处是除了入住时前台负责接待的一位小姐服务耐心周到外，在行李寄存、餐厅、泳池和大多数前台工作人员都有几分傲慢和冷漠，我想说，其实五星酒店最体现水准的部分就是服务，顾客至上，宾至如归是灵魂所在，希望凯宾斯基实至名归。

酒店挺高大上，视野好，位置也很好，自助餐味道也不错。就是房间太小啦，不知道是不是去得早没房间的缘故，感觉在11楼角落里。价格略贵。
