对酒店实在是太失望了，以为没住过看评价不错就住住看，进去一股难闻的味道，酒店很老很旧，除了地理位置好，一些服务员态度很好，没其他任何优点，当然服务还是远远比不上华尔道夫啊文华东方还是柏悦。设施设备环境卫生真的不值一个晚上一千七，太后悔定这个酒店了，冰箱里雪碧一瓶还要53，华尔道夫才四十几，真的没法表达这么老旧的酒店这种价格什么糟糕体验，不会再来了，性价比低到不行，被同行的其他人责怪了两三天，郁闷

酒店位置好，在浦东新区，旁边就是东方明珠和水族馆，楼层不是很高，我们一家被安排在13层，房间没有想象的大，设施还行，顶层30有泳池和酒吧，酒吧不错，不是露天，去的那晚说是靠近东方明珠那边被包场了，我们夫妻坐在角落。服务态度都挺好的，早餐多样化老外很多～图片是顶层酒吧，还要就是房间窗外照片
