服务很好，到店后服务员免费给我们升级到了行政楼层，窗外可以看到江景很漂亮，早餐也不错，退房的时候才知道有好多明星因为晚上的颁奖晚会当天也入住凯宾斯基，可是一个也没见到，太遗憾了！
