酒店后面停车场有一个理平头的服务人员串通外面收费人员，明明有车位，但是说不能停车，后来联系了前台人员走过来才不情愿的给停车。第二天开车出来发现汽车前轮轮胎螺帽少了一个。真是醉了！五星酒店配这样的服务，后面开车去的建议别入住！
