下午一点到酒店说还没有房间我们带着两小小孩外面下个雨让我们先去吃饭在办入住，来来回回的跑，我们不干就在那等才给了我们一间房，我们预订的是两间房，后来第二次一点40分下去还是没有房间，住过那么多酒店这是最差的酒店，网上也没写明双人床还是大床房自动给了我们一间双人间一间大床房，还不能更改，一样的价格还说换双人间要加钱，大床房床小房间小还是拐角的外景也不好看，看评价别人说房间会送水果我们两房间都没有到酒店快两点才吃上午饭，也没工作人员给我们提行李，前台服务也差明明双人床房间有就是不给我们入住，最奇粑的是房间就一双拖鞋放在外面还有一双藏在柜子里的，好像不想给客人穿一样
