住过各个地方的凯悦，五角场的实在是简陋到让我无话可说。首先是前台的服务人员，戴眼镜的那位，站中间的那位，咨询房间的时候态度很冷淡，一点多到店一直跟我说没有没有房间就一个巴拉巴拉不然要等一个多小时。当时太累了根本没空多搭理她，您要是不想服务可以别站前台啊。
其次，view基本属于毫无view。室内也很空。外桌上没纸巾，厕所里的洗脸台也没有垃圾桶…这个太难理解了。空调也不是很灵，出风加热很慢。就这样的凯悦，还要这个价位，除了地点真的挺好的，别的简直毫无优点。
