酒店服务真的差 15点之后入住承诺就像空话 更可怕的是明明多次说着急入住 一直说没房间 直到说退房 突然就可以调整有房间 这之前都在干嘛 不能灵活变动下？这前台是有多懒？这是见过性价低最低的酒店体验

非常好的酒店。服务态度非常好；房间也很漂亮舒适。美中不足就是要我等了40分钟。但是前台服务不错，还帮我拿杯子倒大麦茶👍😂😳

地理位置绝佳，五角场商圈，购物餐饮出行都非常方便！房间装修延续了凯悦低调的风格，酒店总体来说还是很不错的，唯一的缺陷，这次的房间靠着高架这一边，即便楼层较高，身在房间依然能听到比较明显的噪音……
