酒店地处美兰湖别墅区，环境很好，交通略有不便，自驾入住还好。大堂没有小商店，女士需要应急物品得叫车来回六公里的地方买！酒店服务质量很好！很舒适！

和同学聚会来住的，环境清幽，皇冠假日美兰湖店的房间特别宽敞明亮，有阳台可观看高尔夫球场。孩子们玩的特别开心，要求下次再来！尤其通过艺龙订的特卖房，价格便宜一半、真心不错！以后都选艺龙啦！

总体还行吧，周围环境挺不错的，还有免费班车，但是酒店内的设施略显一般，尤其健身房显得很不上档次，与酒店格调格格不入。
办理入住和退房时员工态度都很一般，没有让我觉得很贴心，唯一让我满意的就是酒吧，使用饮料券还赠送我一杯花生，让我觉得很不错
