非常好，房间足够大。给了最正中间的电视塔和江景。我重点点赞早餐，养乐多，瑞士酸奶，各种好吃的，冰激凌，料太足了。面条，米线很好吃，各种料太足了。寿司太赞了。各种满意。

多次入住，表示比较失望，朋友生日希望布置，没有布置，各种理由搪塞，前台服务非常冷漠，不专业，早餐品种很多，但是味道不好。

很好，江景房，风景不错。就是前台办理入住的时间说行政楼层房间可以两个人免费吃四餐，晚上有鸡尾酒，2楼的人却说只能一个人。感觉管理有点乱。还好也不需要去吃，只是参观了解一下。总体感觉很好，酒店有自己私人码头，有游艇，可以租用。

服务实在太好了，是我住过的五星级酒店中服务最好的，设施也是一流的 ，住的是江景房，躺在床上就能看黄浦江，近两千一天的房价还是觉得非常值得的，我们订了两间房，女儿住得不想走了，下次一定还会入住浦东文华东方酒店。
