优点是环境满分，干净卫生，房间舒适宽敞，客房服务都很好，位置优越在市中心去南京路啊等等的小吃街景点都很方便，6层泳池还有个按摩池泡一泡很舒服。缺点就是早餐味道很一般，除了方便性价比很低，酒店前台服务人员有个戴眼镜的女生态度极其不好，业务不熟练，没有服务意识，住店重要的不只是硬件设施，软件服务也很重要的好不好

糟糕的体验，临近五点到酒店，被告知还没有房间，总算有房间了，给的房卡又刷不出来，再回到前台换卡，前台居然告诉我们身份证没有登记成功，问我们要了两遍的押金，所以我们是遇到假服务员了吗，房间里抽取纸只有一点点，叫了客房送餐一个小时才到，浴缸没有洗干净，还有头发，万豪什么时候服务这么差了

卫生不怎么样，洗手间铺了一层满满的灰。据说万豪房间清理好了还要经理验收，我觉得这样的经理是不称职的。
