事情是这样的，9号的入住我还是比较满意的……
14号晚上再次预定，手贱点错了，时间早了一天，沟通酒店，前台不懂，沟通经理，伟大的john经理各种不接电话……前后20分钟才接，我想确实是我的问题，怪自己订错了……这位伟大的经理说实话，态度蛮一般的，来了一句，你直接让艺龙传真修改日期就行！那请问，您咋不跟您前台说呢？再次致电前台，小姑娘流成性拒绝，说，问预订部…………总之，只要错误在自己，基本没啥好讲的。
我对酒店舒适度满意，对个别员工表示呵呵哒～您不是值班吗？难道在睡觉？响了好几次的电话都不接，还直接挂机！！
我表示比较失望………
艺龙的价格比较贵，别的APP相对便宜蛮多…………
