前台服务太差，不懂变通，房型调整按前台服务员意愿为主，单人入住给双床不知道怎么想的。客房服务打扫卫生预计还要超过一个小时，把客户时间当什么？无奈之下实在太累又是预定订单，只能硬着头皮入住。很差的住宿体验，顺便说一句，前台服务真的很差很差
