境内境外住了那么多万豪，这家是让我最不满意的。不知道是不是因为新店的原因，员工对于服务的这种意识非常非常不到位。这根本不是一家五星级酒店应该有的态度。前台弄错房型这种失误很微不足道，但是从门童保安到服务员再到行政酒廊前台都是个冷漠脸，懒懒散散，并且都给人一种心不在焉，不在工作状况内的感觉，这就让我觉得不能理解。不过酒廊内的服务态度还是基本能达到五星级标准的。新开店还是急需加强员工服务意识培训！

不太愉快的一次入住。
首先，我一人入住，却给我一个双床房。当然，我是冲着比较实惠价格去的，但离开时却被要求另外支付过夜停车费，而且不便宜。为何不把这费用打进房费呢？不是有些欺骗的性质吗？
万豪，自然是一个比较好的国际品牌。但，我想指出不足之处。
1.装修风格相对暗沉。卫生间的设计比较
老套。
2.健身中心的游泳池设计不合理。穿了游泳衣，不能直接去泳池，必须从外绕到泳池。泳池内的地砖颜色是深色的，不少马赛克已经剥落。晚上游泳感觉在漆黑中游。游泳毛巾只有一条，虽然比较大，也吸水，但去桑拿房，没有垫巾。有一个很大的按摩浴缸，但水都没有末过按摩口。
3.早餐的选择，少得可怜。但熟的三文鱼做得不错。
酒店位置在黄埔江边，夜景不错。
