酒店服务非常一般，说好的行政房，连个门牌号都没有，找了两圈，估摸着是这间，才刷开。房间非常小。投诉给前台，说可以换个房间，25楼，豪华大床房，但不能退钱，什么鬼逻辑，行政房比大床房高出了300多块，为什么不能退，而且行政房没门牌号让客人怎么找，我的错吗？还告诉我经常没人住，所以没装门派，********.
