订了一晚这酒店 保留到18点 16点半左右致电艺龙 用信用卡担保 保留到23点59分 不到也要扣钱 结果17点半左右 来短信 酒店以满房为理由 拒绝订单 连原来保留到18点的订单都没有了 艺龙客服的态度令人失望 不管什么理由什么要求 都是一句话 以短信确认为准 不担保 还能保留到18点 担保了 反而马上取消了 这酒店和艺龙都很令人失望 给大家提个醒小心被坑

本来是想找个公司附近有游泳池的酒店休息，因此定了这家，当我到酒店后竟告诉我游泳池不在酒店里。。。还要跑1km才能到，非常不满意，然后是吐槽酒店的浴袍，大夏天竟然是件厚的浴袍，当我和前台要求更换浴袍竟告知我，拿来的浴袍只有领导才能穿，我也是消费者竟然把我和领导分开对待，差评；还有，浴室门上挂的竟然不是地巾，而是毛巾，导致我把毛巾放地上了。太差了，这次酒店体验
