作为一家日企管理的酒店 基本上按照日本的酒店水准在服务，装修没有国际连锁酒店那么气派华丽 但是服务细节则过之 低调有品质。虽然有评论说酒店对待中国人和日本人态度有区别 但是感觉更多的是为了迎合日本人教条式的礼仪 不至于到区别对待的程度。酒店的位置非常便利 价格也比同区域的五星级酒店优惠。会再次选择这里

挺好的酒店，离地铁很近，蛮大气的，各方面都比较满意！本来小孩早餐准备花钱买的，结果也没收、下次去上海的首选酒店，会推荐给朋友！

前楼是历史建筑，还有个大花园，看见有人在花园举行婚礼，距离淮海路商业区很近，距离地铁也不远，闹中取静 ，很干净很好。
