住了两天，第一天的服务给三星，第二天给五星，对艺龙差评，在入住本酒店前，计订了个酒店，竟然给我取消了，订这个酒店，订的一定要双床，艺龙自己给我改成尽量双床，还在夜里12点打电话给我说酒店只能尽量，但之前我已经和酒店沟通好并告知艺龙客服，艺龙客服仍然一口咬定不能双床！

被艺术的包装一下，就打算高大上，房间脏，厕所污迹，没有常温暖气，我们那个晚上，凉都不敢冲啊??。房间一盏灯还时亮时不亮，电话服务员，没人礼彩。房间排气较差，隔壁抽烟，厕所闻到，楼下炒菜的油烟，又吹到房间。超级不爽！酒店设计问题！！ 与其用各种促销活动吸引顾客，倒不如实实在在把服务做好
