酒店楼层不高，总体还可以，因为去的时候是假期，酒店是商务型的，所以客人比较少，就是比较奇怪，酒店4、5、6是新装修的，下面没有装修，却不肯给我新的房间，要是房间紧张也就算了，房间全都空着，居然还这样，虽然后面换了房间，但是还是住的不那么愉快，前台接待工作也是交接的不清楚，定了房间的说没有定，查了好久，还有就是早上明明还在休息，客人打扫居然自己开门进来问我要不要洗衣服，真是要疯了，这是五星级酒店的服务吗？跟前台投诉过了，第二天还是这种情况
