这么好的酒店就被一个非常差的前台员糟蹋了。说话非常不客气，也不提供基本服务。因为天气冷，酒店没供暖，空调也没制暖，问问他可不可以加条棉被。话还没说完就被打断 以谦逊的语气 也不看着你 说 “没有！每个房间就一条！你多拿我们还得多洗呢！你要付钱吗？” 我还真的很冷，所以就说我付，他居然还笑，“你付钱我们也不会给你多的！这很费劲啊！”
要多解释的是其他员工都态度非常好，就这位男的。

说是精品酒店，感觉很紧凑。但是可能住的是标间，住宿体验不佳。一是楼下餐厅很吵菜的味道过于浓烈，二是房间有股年代久远的怪味，特别不舒服。

很棒的酒店 路段好 旁边很多逛的 吃的 老上海味道很足 酒店用的都是鲜花 喜欢噢！最赞的就是他家的阳台 实在太喜欢了 这次是带妈妈和儿子来的 换成朋友一起聚会 或者情侣一起聊天赏月真的都太棒了！喜欢 已经推荐给好多人了
