堂堂一个豪华酒店，近千元一晚的房费，早上结账退房居然只有一个人在前台值班！忙不过来居然要求发票之后再给我补开，补开就算了居然还要到付！这叫什么服务质量，一颗星我给的都嫌多！！！

很少吐槽一个店不好的，但是这个酒店实在让人失望，办理入住就感受到了工作人员的冷冰冰，到酒店电梯走路的时候穿酒店制服人员跟你抢道，早上问迎宾一个时期，他竟然头也不抬直接摇摇头回应我！我故意问了一句：“你怎么这样回复客户的？头也不抬的”.他说：“我正在忙啊！”尴尬，全程没有你好！不好意思、对不起这种词出现，他的表情告诉我他很在理。作为一个五星级酒店这个服务总觉得差了一丢丢，问题应该出在管理者身上！
